    Neiman-Marcus Cake
 

Ingredients
 

1 Box of yellow, lemon, or butter
cake mix.

4 eggs

1 stick of melted margarine

1 8 ounce package of cream cheese

1 box powdered sugar
 
Preheat oven to 350

Mix together:
Cake mix
2 eggs
Melted margarine

Spread mix into a buttered and floured 9 by 13 inch glass pan.

Mix together:
Cream cheese
2 eggs
Powdered sugar

Spread mix on top of the first one.

Bake for 30 to 35 minutes.

    Neiman-Marcus Brownies
 

Ingredients
 

1 Box of chocolate cake mix

1 stick of melted butter

3 eggs

1 box powdered sugar

8 ounces of softened cream cheese
 
Preheat oven to 350

Mix together:
Cake mix
1 egg
Melted butter

Spread mix into a buttered and floured 9 by 13 inch glass pan.

Mix together:
Cream cheese
2 eggs
Powdered sugar

Spread mix on top of the first one.

Bake for 50 minutes.

    Hummingbird Cake
 

Ingredients
 

3 cups of all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon cinnamon

2 cups of sugar

cup of butter-flavored oil

3 eggs

1 8 ounce can of crushed pineapple (UNDRAINED)

2 medium or 3 small chopped bananas

1 cup chopped nuts

For icing:

8 ounces cream cheese

4 tablespoons of butter

1 pound of powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla

½ cup flaked coconut

 
Preheat oven to 350

Grease and flour a tube pan

Mix together:
Oil
Eggs
Pineapple (Undrained)

Then, in a separate bowl,

Mix together:
Flour
Baking soda
Salt
Cinnamon
Sugar

Sift dry mix into the oil, eggs, and pineapple

Mix by hand

Stir in bananas and nuts, mix again.

Pour into pan

Bake for 1 hour and 5 minutes

Allow cake to cool for 1 hour before removing from pan.
Cool completely before icing cake.

Blend all ingredients for the icing together and frost the cake!
